This is a fabulous vintage three piece set of Wilendur red rose canisters. Now, I have to tell you these cuties have been through the test of time and have their share of bumps and bruises and fades but I think they are still an absolutely charming set and will add so much fun to the red rose kitchen or red retro kitchen. They are pretty clean on the inside. If no one wants these I think they may become my bird seed storage. :) Made by Parmeco, Parker Metal Dec. Co. Just line them with foil or plastic wrap and you are set to go. Measurements are:

largest: 7" tall, 6" in diameter
medium: 6-1/4" tall, 5-1/4" in diameter
smallest: 5" tall, 3-1/4" in diameter

Today I have the sweetest light blue sugar and creamer. Vintage pieces that are just as sweet as they can be. Prfect for the shabby or cottage kitchen and not only cute as their intended purpose but are very useful as a sweet n' low holder, toothpick holder or use at the sink as a brillo holder. Use in the bath as a q-tip or cotton ball holder or a place to store jewelry at night. And if you make pin cushions they are perfect as a base.

They measure 2-1/4" tall and approx. 4" across at the top. They are that fabulous shabby light blue and have flowers as handles. They are embossed with more posies and have one pink porcelain rose on the front with green leaves. ** The sugar bowl right leaf has the top broken off and the creamer rose has a broken off petal on the right. Even with their vintage flaws they are still cutie patooties! Shipping included in item price. I thought it was so pretty and I love the soft shabby colors and especially the fact that it features pretty pink roses on it. It's a vintage hot water bottle cover. It's made from brushed cotton and is sooooo soft. It measures 17-1/2" x 11-3/4" and has snaps at the top. It's in excellent condition. Shipping included in item price.

Hello, hello! I hope everyone had a Happy, happy New Year. Are you all just full of yourself and feel the need to clean the house from stem to stern and then hunker down for the short cozy days of winter like me? I have been cleaning closets and throwing out, buying pretty baskets for storage and making way for the inevitable new "old" things I will bring home from my hunts. :) Recently on one of my treasure hunting days I found all these vintage, so cute, party hats from the 1940's, 50's and 60's. Here is a collection of 6 (six) perfectly adorable die cut foil card board party hats. These do show their age but are "new" old stock. They measure 5-1/2" tall. Three have the stars on them, two have the fleur-de-lis on them and the last is a gold and white print. Colors are: red, hot pink, gold, a goldish yellow, green, and a gold and white print. They have the under neck elastic bands on them. One is broken but easily fixed with a stapler. Great for scrap booking, altered art, for a collection and to actually use at a birthday party. How much fun would it be to give someone who is turning 40 a vintage birthday party?

Vintage Burgundy Tole Painted Tissue Box

What a charmer this is! It's very vintage and very worn......worn and wonderful. This old hard board tissue box is a shabby worn burgundy. It has gorgeous hand painted pink flowers with soft green leaves on the top. This box can sit on the vanity or it has two holes in the bottom so you can hang it on the wall if you prefer....too too cute. Did I mention it is shabby worn? The corners are worn as I show in the photo and there are some water spots on the top. It measures 11" x 5-1/2" x 2-1/2". Hurry and call it yours because the more I look at the more I think it really suits my seafoam green bath. :)

Vintage Pink Measuring Cups

I just found these sweet pink measuring cups yesterday. They are plastic and from the 1950's, made by Federal Housewares. The one cup size has a spout and then there is the 1/4 cup, 1/3 cup and 1/2 cup size. The inside on the one cup size has oz. marks and the others have the 1/8 cup size marked on the insides. I think that's pretty cool. Perfect for the retro kitchen or the sweet cottage or shabby kitchen. Price includes shipping.

Vintage Chenille Stems/Pipe Cleaners

Vintage chenille stems or pipe cleaners in the best shabby worn colors. According to the label (don't you just love the graphics on the label) these are for making novelties, favors, animals, figures and craft work. Love, love, love the colors of these skinny stems. Have you ever seen a rose colored chenille stem before? I haven't. Originally there were 36 stems but I only counted 19 left. The colors are grass green, lilac, pink, rose, yellow and white. Approx. 9" long.

Charming Vintage Kitchen Pillow

Custom made by yours truly, this is a charming kitchen pillow......how cute would this be sitting in a kitchen chair as an accent piece. This cute petite treasure measures just 13" x 6". It is fashioned from a vintage embroidered dish towel. Love the glasses embroidered in blue and the sweet flowers. On the back there is vintage chintz type floral fabric and another piece taken from a different dish towel that had a pretty blanket stitch on it.

Vintage Floral Seam Binding A

I don't believe I have run across floral seam binding before. And this one is yummy.....pretty pink flowers with a green center and green butterflies with a pink center. It is 1/2" wide and has a sheen to the rayon type ribbon. There is 31" of it. Perfect for tag making, sewing and crafting.
